Very fair point! The documentary isn’t really clear, but what I’ve since learned after watching (and after writing) is that Chris Watts has a sizable fanbase online, the same kind of “fans” who wrote letters to Ted Bundy or the Boston Marathon Bomber or whatever, who believe he was forced into it by how awful they think Shan’ann was to him.
